Full-Time Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Lead to join a small manufacturing and distribution company in the Aurora area. This is a hands-on position for someone who is comfortable working independently and taking ownership of multiple aspects of daily warehouse operations. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for picking, packing, shipping, receiving, inventory organization, material handling, and preparing both domestic and international shipments. A particularly important part of this role is the proper handling and shipment of dangerous goods/hazardous materials. The ideal candidate will have previous experience preparing dangerous goods or hazmat shipments and a strong understanding of proper classification, packaging, labeling, documentation, and carrier requirements. DOT and/or IATA dangerous goods training is strongly preferred.
