About the Role We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator/ Shipping & Receiving - IL to join our team and support daily warehouse operations with accuracy, efficiency, and professionalism. Hourly Rate $18.00 - $21.00 /hr depending on experience Responsibilities Perform daily data entry of inbound and outbound shipments into Warehouse Management System (WMS). Prepare and verify shipping/receiving documents, including BOL, packing lists, invoices, and customs paperwork. Maintain accurate inventory records; assist with cycle counts and stock reconciliation. Communicate with warehouse staff, supervisors, and customers regarding order status and discrepancies. Generate reports on shipments, inventory, and warehouse activity as required. Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and 3PL partners to ensure smooth flow of goods. Assist with filing, document scanning, and maintaining organized records. Provide administrative support to warehouse management as needed. Monitor , correct and confirm mixed boxes and pallets Experience & Skills High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in logistics or business preferred. 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or 3PL industry preferred. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Microsoft Excel, and data entry. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Team-oriented with a proactive and problem-solving attitude. High school diploma or GED preferred
