Job Description

Our client, a leading organization in logistics and supply chain management, is seeking a Warehouse lead to join their team. As a Warehouse lead, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting the warehouse team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
Tuesday-Saturday 6am-2:30pm What's the Job? Assign work and monitor group activities to ensure productivity and efficiency Instruct associates in proper equipment use, operational procedures, and safety standards Oversee inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and merchandise reconciliation Ensure team adherence to safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment Assist in resolving operational issues to maximize team performance and productivity What's Needed? Minimum of 4 years of warehouse experience Experience in a supervisory or leadership role Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications High school diploma or equivalent Availability to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends What's in it for me?
