Job Description

$60,000 – $75,000 Annually We are a rapidly growing manufacturer in the battery production industry, dedicated to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service to customers across multiple markets. As we continue to expand our operations, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Fulfillment Supervisor to join our team and play a key role in supporting our growth. This position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on warehouse operations by leading fulfillment activities, developing team members, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, values teamwork, and is committed to maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support warehouse associates to ensure efficient day-to-day fulfillment operations Oversee the movement of products through receiving, order processing, packing, and outbound shipping Ensure customer orders are completed accurately and dispatched within established timelines Monitor inventory levels and accuracy through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation activities Provide ongoing training, guidance, and performance feedback to warehouse team members Promote a culture of safety by enforcing company standards and best practices throughout the facility Analyze operational performance and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency Partner with procurement, logistics, production, and customer support teams to maintain smooth workflow and on-time deliveries Address inventory discrepancies, shipment issues, and day-to-day operational challenges in a timely manner Maintain warehouse organization and ensure work areas are clean, safe, and audit-ready Assist with workforce planning, scheduling, and staffing requirements to support business needs Utilize warehouse management and reporting systems to monitor inventory, track performance, and support decision-making
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Bilingual in English and Spanish Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, or manufacturing operations ERP system experience required Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
