The Operations Assistant will support the daily operations of the business by helping manage customer accounts, track inventory, and maintain accurate records. This entry-level role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and enjoys providing helpful, professional support to both customers and internal teams. Responsibilities will include general administrative tasks, data entry, and responding to customer inquiries to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities Process and track customer orders, ensuring timely fulfillment while coordinating with logistics and warehouse teams Communicate with key accounts regarding order updates, inventory availability, and issue resolution Generate reports on order accuracy, fulfillment rates, and lead times, identifying trends and areas for process improvement Work closely with procurement and sales teams to ensure customer demands align with inventory levels and production schedules Assist in workflow automation initiatives to improve order processing, reporting, and data synchronization between systems Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's degree required 6 months of internship or professional experience preferred fresh graduates are welcome to apply Strong basic math skills Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen eye for data accuracy and process optimization Strong communication skills to manage customer accounts and collaborate with internal teams Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
