ABOUT THE ROLE

The E-Commerce Warehouse Coordinator is a full-time role responsible for managing the flow of orders from our e-commerce customers, reporting to the Warehouse Manager. This person ensures orders are processed accurately and on time by printing and organizing order paperwork, keeping our systems updated, and coordinating closely with the warehouse team to ensure a smooth fulfillment process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage incoming orders from e-commerce customers and platforms Print and organize order documentation for warehouse fulfillment Update and maintain accurate order status across internal systems Log inbound and outbound shipments accurately in order management and inventory systems Track inventory levels relevant to e-commerce fulfillment Coordinate with warehouse associates to ensure orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time Troubleshoot and resolve order discrepancies or fulfillment issues Communicate with e-commerce customers or platforms as needed regarding order status Generate shipping labels and coordinate with carriers Maintain organized records of order history and fulfillment data Identify opportunities to improve e-commerce fulfillment processes Support month-end and inventory reconciliation as needed Promote teamwork, communication, and collaboration Maintain an environment of professionalism, dignity, transparency, and respect

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 1-2

years of experience in order fulfillment, e-commerce operations, or warehouse administration Strong computer proficiency, with experience logging inbound and outbound shipments in order management and inventory systems Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working on the warehouse floor as needed to coordinate with the team

SCHEDULE

Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM. Additional hours may occasionally be required depending on business needs.

COMPENSATION

$18.00-$22.00/hour, depending on experience.
