Job Summary:
Plays a vital role in supporting office operations, inventory management, and shipping & receiving processes. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to multitask and ensure seamless coordination between departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative support to the office and warehouse teams. Perform data entry, filing, and document management to maintain accurate records. Assist with cycle counting, verifying production records, and updating inventory files. Proofread and edit reports, documents, and production records for accuracy. Maintain organized filing systems and ensure documentation is up-to-date. Assist with calendar management, scheduling, and office organization.
Shipping & Receiving Coordination:
Review, verify, and label incoming materials to ensure accurate inventory tracking. Prepare shipments, including packing, labeling, and documentation for outbound orders. Maintain inventory records and report discrepancies or shortages. Coordinate with warehouse staff, production teams, and vendors to ensure timely shipping and receiving. Monitor and update shipping logs, reports, and tracking information.
Customer Service & Communication:
Communicate with suppliers, vendors, and internal departments regarding shipments, deliveries, and inventory updates. Provide excellent customer service by maintaining a professional and positive demeanor in all interactions. Assist with special projects, reports, or administrative tasks as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in office administration, warehouse coordination, or a similar role. Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Drive, etc.) and other administrative software (Microsoft Office). Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to proofread and edit documents for accuracy and completeness. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with teams, vendors, and customers. Experience in inventory management, shipping, and receiving is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00 - $23.00 per hour
