Job Summary The Machine Operator is responsible for operating wet wipe production equipment in a safe and efficient manner. This role supports daily production goals by keeping machines running smoothly, loading materials, and ensuring product quality. Responsibilities Operate production machinery according to standard operating procedures Load raw materials into machines and ensure continuous operation Perform basic machine adjustments under supervision Assist with line changeovers and routine cleaning Monitor and visually inspect product quality Accurately record production data and machine downtime Maintain a clean and organized workstation Communicate with team members and shift leads to ensure smooth operations Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous manufacturing or production experience is a plus Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions Team player with a positive attitude Willingness to learn and grow within the company Must be dependable and punctual for 1st shift hours Benefits Competitive hourly pay Opportunities for growth Overtime opportunities Opportunities for advancement Supportive team environment Growing company with long-term potential Apply today to join a company where your hard work is valued and your growth is supported.
