Description:

Administrative Assistant/Shipping Hours:

Monday through Friday 7:30 am - 4:00 pm

Requirements:

Work with cost to reconcile purchase orders Enter and receive purchase orders Check and distribute mail daily Forward mail and expense reports to other locations Print and complete scheduled maintenance work orders Log daily driver's checklist for forklifts Tag freight and make shipping labels for small packages Order office supplies as needed
