Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Lead to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient distribution, inventory control, and team management. Responsibilities Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and materials handling to ensure smooth operations. Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems to track stock levels, process orders, and conduct cycle counts accurately. Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts safely and efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, including OSHA standards, through regular safety audits and training sessions for team members. Skills Proven experience in warehouse distribution, logistics, or related fields with a strong understanding of warehouse operations. Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams in a warehouse or distribution environment. Proficiency in inventory control techniques and familiarity with inventory management systems (such as WMS). Skilled in operating material handling equipment including forklifts and heavy lifting tools safely. Strong knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures, materials handling, and distribution center operations. Excellent managerial communication skills for effective team leadership and cross-department collaboration. Pay:
