Strong warehouse operations experience is required. The ability to lead people to be productive and provide a high level of Quality processing material for customers is required. Supervisors will lead their teams to safely perform day-to-day operations in the warehouse and are responsible for establishing and maintaining efficient production and distribution of all materials (receiving, pick, inspection, pack, etc.)

RESPONSIBILITIES & ESSENTIAL DUTIES

Leads a team of associates to receive material, opens boxes & crates and other containers to inspect all incoming material and equipment purchases, verifying all items are received and in good condition. Accomplishes results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; enforcing systems, policies, and procedures. Coordinates workflows of material processing to lead their team to high levels of Productivity, Quality and Safety Develop 360-degree communication with associates and peers to accomplish the strategy for an efficient operation. Communication skills to train and assist associates with systems updates and data entry to process completion.

REQUIREMENTS

Strong computer skills Great written and oral communications skills Demonstrate attention to detail Develop 360-degree communication with peers and all associates Able to lift up to 50 pounds regularly Ability to be on your feet 8/10 hours Mandatory Overtime Supervisory or leadership experience Prior warehouse/production experience preferred
