2nd Shift Onsite Supervisor Minooka, IL $21-22 per hour. Epic Personnel Partners is currently seeking a reliable and organized 2nd Shift Onsite Supervisor to support our employees at a busy warehouse in Minooka IL. This position serves as the main point of contact between our staffing agency, our employees, and the client during second shift. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, communicating with employees and supervisors, and handling day-to-day staffing operations. Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for staffing employees during second shift
• Monitor employee attendance, call-offs, tardiness, and daily headcount
• Communicate attendance and staffing updates with client management
• Assist employees with questions, concerns, schedules, and workplace issues
• Conduct new-hire orientations and assist with employee onboarding
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation
• Assist with timekeeping and payroll corrections
• Complete coaching, disciplinary, and employee-related documentation when needed
• Help coordinate new starts, replacements, transfers, and terminations
• Communicate regularly with the staffing branch regarding staffing needs and employee updates
• Assist with workplace incidents and safety documentation
• Maintain a professional relationship with employees and client management Qualifications
• Previous supervisory, staffing, HR, or warehouse experience is a plus
• Warehouse experience is preferred
• Experience with warehouse MHE (Material Handling Equipment) is preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable working with computers and basic Microsoft Office programs
• Able to stay organized and handle multiple priorities
• Dependable and comfortable working independently
• Bilingual English/Spanish is required. Schedule (12:00 pm
• 9:00 pm) Weekend availability is required.
