Summary We have an immediate need for a Team Lead who will work with our Supervisors and Managers to support team members in achieving specific tasks and production goals. The incumbent will be accountable for outcomes and results, i.e., efficient and timely delivery of quality products and services produced by their team members. Duties and Responsibilities  Communicate daily team goals and deadlines to team members  Provide a welcoming environment, promoting employee engagement for all new members including shadowing, and guidance on company policies and procedures, i.e., how to clock-in, etc.  Train new temps and new direct hires; serve as de-facto mentor for the team  Support training and coaching of current team members, and ensure associates work towards goals and objectives  Prepare hourly reports and coordinate / communicate results of daily workflow to Supervisor  Communicate individual and team accomplishments to Supervisor to support positive reinforcement and growth  Communicate all punctuality & attendance infractions and behavioral or performance issues to Supervisor  Fill-in for members who are absent to ensure work gets done  Maintain/update filing system, retrieving information as needed  Ensure basic supplies are available at all times, working with office staff to replenish when needed  Other responsibilities as required/requested Skills and Qualifications  Minimum 2 years' experience of multiple job duties in warehouse environment  Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic  Independent thinker and problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment  Ability to multi-task, easily change gears and be flexible is required  Strong communication skills, both verbal and written a must  Effective interpersonal skills  Must be proficient w/Company SOPs  Must be able to perform all functions/duties of staff on their Team  Must have knowledge of clerical functions within the Warehouse, ability to operate standard office equipment  Must have a knowledge of Microsoft Office  Attention to detail is a must  Bi-lingual in English & Spanish preferred  Able to work overtime when necessary Embark on this exciting leadership journey where your expertise will elevate our warehouse operations during the critical overnight hours!
