ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

may include but not limited to: Will assist in directing the daily activities of the warehouse such as shipping, receiving and inventory control Fully participate in and ensure that all safety precautions are used and followed in the warehouse Provide oversight on all outgoing stocks to ensure that they are in good condition and make sure that all proper documentation is accompanied with parts Coach and mentor warehouse staff Create pick lists for shop orders Create and monitor project part shortage list and ensure needed parts are available by required deadline Maintain and organize parts for projects and release them to the proper accounts Work with purchasing to resolve part shortages and ensure parts are available for distribution Process, pack, and ship orders Receive parts and manufacturing materials Responsible for the count and reconciling of inventory Other duties as assigned

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to lift 50 pounds

ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Primarily working within the warehouse indoors, but must also have the ability to work in outdoor environment when required

QUALIFICATIONS
