This role is essential for maintaining efficient warehouse operations, ensuring that staffing and productivity goals are met through proactive management and clear communication. Shift Patterns 1st shift 9:00AM to 6:00 PM Monday-Friday (Includes weekends, when workload requires it) Pay Rates 28.85 USD hourly Essential Requirements Fluent in both English and Spanish, both spoken and written. Minimum of two years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments. Legal authorization to work in the United States. Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in using Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting. Experience with timekeeping systems such as Kronos, ADP, or Workday. Ability to analyze attendance and productivity data to generate reports. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Leadership capabilities to guide and motivate warehouse associates. Sound judgment and independent decision-making in a fast-paced environment. Professional and composed demeanor on the warehouse floor. Role Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow. Manage associate attendance, staffing levels, and productivity. Coordinate shifts and manage daily check-in processes. Conduct floor walks to provide coaching and support to staff. Prepare daily operational reports and ensure timekeeping accuracy. Location Avon.
