Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Shipping and Receiving Lead to oversee the efficient management of inbound and outbound shipments within our warehouse operations. Responsibilities Supervise daily shipping and receiving activities, ensuring timely processing of all inbound and outbound shipments Oversee picking & packing, order picking, and packaging procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely during load & unload tasks Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations with a focus on shipping & receiving Strong knowledge of inventory management Familiarity with shipping logistics, order fulfillment processes Ability to operate forklift trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely Basic math skills for measuring, counting, and verifying shipment details accurately Excellent customer service skills to coordinate with internal teams and external carriers effectively Experience with trade compliance regulations and international trade procedures is a plus Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and Word for reporting and documentation purposes Join us as a Shipping and Receiving Lead to play a vital role in streamlining our warehouse distribution network.
