Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, shipping, and inventory management Establish standard work assignments to ensure timely material delivery for production schedules Implement Lean methods such as 5S, Kan Ban, and kitting to improve material flow Lead and develop a high-performing team through cross-training and performance management Your skills and experience: Associate's degree or equivalent experience required Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or manufacturing environment Proficiency with ERP or inventory management systems Strong organizational, interpersonal, and leadership abilities What you can expect from
