Position:

Duties:

Coordinate the resolution and handling of all customer reported discrepancies, manage inventory related to shipping issues and track/identify patterns to ensure shipping accuracy. Maximize system capabilities. Create, sustain, and improve warehouse processes for storage, product flow, and handling. Create, sustain, and improve warehouse processes for recording, printing, and labeling. Planning for growth.

Skills:

Good oral and written communication abilities. Willing to change and create changes. Organized Self-Starter Self-Motivated Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, etc.). Personable, patient, and firm

Experience:

Warehouse set-up and zone planning experience a plus. Five years minimum in warehousing and order consolidation. Two years minimum in Supervisory or management position. Two years minimum in shipping or freight management.

Education:

Minimum High School Diploma Goals:

Establish plan for product storage, rack requirements, equipment requirements, etc. Establish process for order flow and efficiency. Train personnel for consistency, efficiency, and quality in put away/receiving. Handle all cycle counting as required for daily and reconciliation counts. Maintain positive professional attitude, work environment and communication.
