You'll lead our Contents team through pack-outs, cleaning, inventory, storage, and pack-backs while helping families recover after fire, water, and storm damage. If you're looking for a company where your leadership matters, we'd like to talk. What You'll Do Lead Contents Restoration Technicians on residential and commercial projects. Oversee pack-outs, inventories, cleaning, storage, and pack-backs. Coach, train, and develop your team. Ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. Communicate with customers and deliver an exceptional experience. Coordinate with Project Managers and warehouse staff to keep projects moving. You'll Thrive Here If You... Lead by example. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in contents restoration, moving, warehousing, or a related field. Leadership or Crew Lead experience. Strong communication and customer service skills.
