Position Summary The Inventory & Fulfillment Coordinator supports Sentry Safety Services' daily operations across inventory management, order fulfillment, inside sales, ERP/CRM software pricing maintenance, and customer deliveries. This role is essential to keeping accurate stock levels, pricing data, and timely order turnaround for our customers. Role Breakdown Inventory Management — 30% Inside Sales / Order Fulfillment — 30% ERP/CRM Software Pricing & Data Maintenance — 25% Customer Deliveries — 15% Core Responsibilities Inventory Management Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments against purchase orders Stock, organize, and label product; maintain accurate bin locations Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in ERP/CRM software Flag low-stock and reorder needs to management Track expiration and lot dates on relevant PPE and calibration gas Order Fulfillment & Inside Sales Pull, pack, and stage customer orders and equipment rentals Process returns and restock inventory Inspect and prep rental equipment (gas monitors, retrieval systems, etc.) Answer customer calls and emails regarding pricing, availability, and order status Enter sales orders in ERP/CRM software; support walk-in customers Staff the sales counter and assist walk-in customers with product needs and questions Handle counter sales transactions, including payment processing and receipts Pull and fill internet/e-commerce orders ERP/CRM Software Pricing & Data Maintenance Update item price lists in ERP/CRM software as vendor costs change Maintain pricing accuracy across customer-specific price levels and tiers Update item records (cost, vendor info, descriptions) as needed Flag pricing discrepancies or outdated vendor cost sheets to management Use Excel for vendor cost comparisons, bulk price list uploads (CSV import), and reconciliation spreadsheets Customer Deliveries Deliver orders and rental equipment to local job sites and customers as needed Perform basic vehicle pre-trip checks Represent Sentry professionally during drop-offs and pickups General Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Operate basic warehouse equipment (pallet jack, hand truck, etc.) Operate powered industrial trucks (forklift) as needed; training provided if not already certified Qualifications Relevant experience preferred but not required Microsoft Excel proficiency required — formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, basic pivot tables), sorting/filtering, and CSV file preparation Valid driver's license with a clean driving record required Powered industrial truck (forklift) certification required, or willingness to be trained and certified Basic computer skills; ERP/CRM software training provided Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly Strong attention to detail — this role directly affects inventory accuracy and pricing accuracy, both of which impact margins Team player with a positive demeanor and a strong drive toward customer satisfaction Willing to adapt to ever-changing needs in support of the office team and external sales team Must pass pre-employment substance abuse test and background check Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay, commensurate with experience Paid vacation time Simple IRA retirement plan To Apply Please submit your resume to jobs@sentrysafetyservices.com
