Availability to work Monday-Friday from 4:00 PM-12:30 AM on a consistent basis. Proven experience leading teams in a fast-paced environment while managing productivity, attendance, and performance. Ability to coach employees, resolve workplace issues, and enforce company policies and safety procedures. Specifically seeking a long-term PM/evening shift opportunity. Role Responsibilities Oversee daily warehouse and operational activities during the PM shift. Lead, coach, and support team members to meet productivity and quality goals.
