The Warehouse Supervisor will oversee warehouse inventory and staff. This position is Monday-Friday 7:30a-4p.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Schedules and oversees warehouse staff. Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. Handles discipline of employees in accordance with company policy.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Receives and records new inventory as it is delivered; inspects and stores it according to policy. Conducts cycle counting of physical inventory, compares results to computerized inventory, and reconciles any differences. Replenishes stock and inventory as needed. Ensure that all stock is stored in correct location in the warehouse. Transfers inventory to trucks for delivery in a timely manner and according to schedule. Schedules shipments; coordinates transfer of inventory between departments. Collaborates with other departments and leadership to develop strategic plans and procedures to increase the efficiency of warehouse practices.
Monitors expenditure:
implements corrective actions if needed. Enforce operating instructions and safety policies. Resolves routine equipment issues. Direct correspondence with customers/ vendors. Performs other related duties as assigned. GMPs and SQF compliance are required.

Ability to meet deadlines. Proficient with data entry Ability to drive a sit-down forklift Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times. Bilingual in Spanish and English is

Education and Experience:
Associate degree in Business or similar discipline preferred. 2-3 years of warehouse experience
INDSC Pay:
$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
