29 days, 7 hours left 7+ years of relevant experience in warehouse operations, materials management, or procurement, preferably within a refinery, petrochemical, or heavy industrial environment. 5+ years of supervisory or management experience, with a proven track record of leading supervisors, team leads, and warehouse personnel while managing overall team performance.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate multi-level warehouse teams while fostering a customer- and stakeholder-focused culture across the organization.
Strong experience with computerized inventory and maintenance management systems, such as Oracle, Maximo, or SAP. Experience configuring, improving, or optimizing these systems is highly preferred.
Proficiency with warehouse management technologies, including barcode scanners, label-printing systems, and RFID, along with strong Office/Excel skills.
Proven experience developing and managing inventory stocking strategies, conducting criticality assessments, and implementing inventory optimization and cost-control processes.
Experience coordinating materials, equipment, and logistics for plant turnarounds, shutdowns, outages, or major maintenance events.
Strong financial and budget management skills, including responsibility for warehouse operating budgets and identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
Working knowledge of OSHA, DOT, and hazardous-material handling requirements within refinery, petrochemical, or other industrial environments.
Willingness and ability to work flexible schedules and respond to plant emergencies or urgent operational needs when required.
Pay rate:
$80k/ann. - $90k/ann. This is a direct hire opportunity. The selected candidate will be employed directly by our client.
