Full-time, Monday-Friday (Typically 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM; must have flexibility for morning tech dispatch and afternoon returns)

Salary:

$26.00 to $32.00 per hour (Based on experience) Position Overview We are seeking a high-energy, proactive Warehouse Operations Lead to completely own the logistics and inventory operations for our Topeka branch. This is a solo warehouse role —you will be the only person working in the warehouse to service the branch. We need a dynamic leader who takes initiative, rolls up their sleeves, supports our field technicians, streamlines daily warehouse operations, and ensures our team has the tools and materials needed to deliver elite service.

Core Responsibilities Inventory Management:

Completely own the material purchasing, receiving, and fulfillment cycles. Execute regular inventory counts and utilize the ServiceTitan Inventory system to maintain 100% stock accuracy.

Fleet & Logistics:

Oversee branch fleet management, including tracking vehicle maintenance, scheduling repairs, and coordinating replacements. Manage delivery logistics for field technicians, assist with hot-shot field deliveries when critical, and head quarterly truck stock audits.

Equipment Control:

Manage the check-in/check-out process for company-owned equipment and specialized trade tools. Efficiently replenish technical materials and stock used from work vehicles.

Safety & Compliance:

Ensure warehouse safety remains a top priority by maintaining an organized, secure, and hazard-free work environment.

Reporting:

Prepare and submit weekly operational, stock variance, and fleet reports to management.

Required Qualifications Experience:

3+ years working in a warehouse, logistics, or supply chain environment. Experience in the HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical trades is highly preferred.

Software Skills:

Proficiency with inventory management software; direct experience with ServiceTitan is a major plus.

Licensing:

Valid Driver's License with a clean, insurable driving record (required for occasional field deliveries and moving fleet vehicles).

Operational Skills:

Excellent communication, sharp organizational capabilities, and strong time management skills.

Personal Attributes:

Exceptionally detail-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to take total ownership of an environment.

Education:

A high school diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical Requirements Heavy Lifting:

Ability to routinely lift, push, pull, and carry heavy parts and equipment weighing up to 50-75 lbs independently.

Mobility & Stamina:

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb ladders or stairs for the duration of an 8-hour shift.

Manual Dexterity:

Ability to safely handle tools, operate a pallet jack or forklift, and pull parts efficiently.
