Position Summary The Shift Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily warehouse operations and leading a team of forklift operators. This role combines hands-on operational work with leadership responsibilities to ensure safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Requirements:

Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities of forklift operators Operate a forklift to move and stack materials as needed Enforce safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies Conduct equipment inspections and monitor maintenance schedules Train, mentor, and evaluate team members Assist with general warehouse operations to maintain workflow efficiency Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Track inventory and ensure accurate reporting of tasks and shipments Verify trailers and equipment are safe prior to loading Complete shipping documentation and system updates accurately Communicate effectively with clients, drivers, and team members Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of supervisory or team lead experience Minimum 3 years of forklift operation experience Valid driver's license and forklift certification Familiarity with inventory management systems (or willingness to learn) Ability to lift 50-75 pounds regularly Ability to work in varying temperature conditions Equal Opportunity Employer Bluegrass Supply Chain Services, LLC is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
