Shipping & Receiving Coordinator PEBCO, Inc. | Paducah, KY PEBCO is seeking a dependable and organized Shipping & Receiving Coordinator to support our manufacturing operations. This position is responsible for preparing and coordinating outgoing shipments, receiving and processing incoming materials, maintaining inventory records, and ensuring shop personnel have the parts and materials needed to complete their work. The ideal candidate enjoys a hands-on work environment, has strong attention to detail, and can effectively coordinate with vendors, freight carriers, customers, and internal team members. Experience in shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse operations, or manufacturing is preferred. Training will be provided on PEBCO's integrated manufacturing/ERP software.

What You'll Do:

Prepare, pallet and/or crate, package, and coordinate outgoing equipment shipments Receive and process incoming materials and inventory Load and unload trucks using a forklift or overhead crane Maintain accurate inventory and shipment records Distribute materials and parts to production personnel Assist with inventory counts and shop support Coordinate with vendors, customers, and freight carriers regarding shipments and deliveries

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, shipping/receiving, or inventory-related roles preferred Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to safely use common hand tools Ability to build, assemble, and secure pallets and crates for shipment Strong computer and communication skills Ability to safely lift and move materials Valid driver's license with a good driving record Forklift certification preferred (or ability to obtain certification) Ability to read a tape measure; ability to read mechanical drawings is a plus Schedule & Compensation Full-time position Monday-Thursday, 10-hour shifts Occasional overtime as needed

Pay:
