In this role, you will oversee inventory control, process improvements, and team management to ensure efficient and safe warehouse activities. Your leadership will drive productivity, uphold safety standards, and optimize logistics workflows, contributing directly to the success of our supply chain operations. This position offers an opportunity to influence warehouse performance and foster a collaborative team culture. Duties Supervise daily warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, inventory management, and material handling to ensure smooth operations. Lead and motivate warehouse staff, providing clear managerial communication and team leadership to meet operational goals. Oversee the operation of material handling equipment such as forklifts , ensuring safety and efficiency in handling goods. Maintain accurate inventory; conduct regular cycle counts and audits. Experience Proven experience in warehouse supervision or management within a distribution center or logistics environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations including inventory control, materials handling, shipping & receiving, and distribution processes. Hands-on experience operating forklift trucks. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively with excellent communication skills; experience managing staff in high-volume settings.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
