This role involves preparing and processing shipping documentation, coordinating truck schedules, and verifying shipment accuracy. The position also includes receiving inbound deliveries, performing inventory checks, and maintaining proper documentation for accounting and operations. Additional responsibilities include staging parts for builds, delivering materials to various departments, and assisting with event setup. The coordinator ensures compliance with company procedures, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and communicates effectively with others to resolve discrepancies and support continuous improvement.
  • Ship parts and create delivery tickets
  • Prepare shipping packets & forward to Trish
  • Coordinate with Sales/Machine Shop on truck schedules/parts ready
  • Provide missing packing slip info as requested by accounting
  • Verify accuracy of PFI shipments (confirm parts match paperwork)
  • Address issues with incoming shipments (initiate VNCR, etc)
  • Physically receive, count & verify inbound deliveries; mark PO for quantities; deliver packing slip and PO to Jacey
  • Deliver material to PFI (alloy, risers, inserts, etc)
  • Load/unload common carriers
  • Deliver packages & commodities to PPSI, PFI, Admin
  • Prepare truck run sheets for PPSI deliveries
  • Stage parts for PPSI truck runs
  • Coordinate/stage parts for builds
  • Tag & put away inventoried parts
  • Prepare customer shipments
  • Assist with setup/tear down for employee events
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment (warehouse and surrounding areas)
  • Perform cycle counts, verify against system count, coordinate as appropriate for any discrepancies (initiate IAR, etc)
  • Communicate to Ops when warehouse items need to be reordered
  • Communicate to Ops when POs are needed for gas & water exchanges
  • Deliver hand tickets to Accounting
  • Communicate when RGA parts are received, confirm SN & correct part received
  • Follow up with VNCRs; drive closure
  • Respond to SIRFs as required
Organizational Skills:
Ability to manage schedules, multiple tasks simultaneously.
Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication to explain strategies, provide updates, and collaborate with various teams.
Educational Background:
A high school diploma is often required, along with production or manufacturing experience. Candidate must be proficient with Microsoft Office (excel, outlook, access, PowerPoint, and word) and Google Workspace, understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS), email and communication tools (like Slack, Zoom), internet and web browsing, and strong typing and file management skills
