® (esketamine) program: pre-dose vitals, treatment room setup, two-hour post-dose monitoring, and REMS documentation Manage clinical phone triage using our established protocols, escalating urgent and safety concerns immediately Process refill requests, prior authorizations, and appeals Coordinate referrals, follow-up calls, and post-hospitalization transitions Provide patient and family education on medications, side effects, and adherence when appropriate Maintain accurate, timely EHR documentation and full HIPAA compliance Experience Valid licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the state of Louisiana. Current BLS certification. Experience in psychiatry, behavioral health, substance use treatment, or a related mental health setting. Experience with monitored outpatient treatment program. Experience with telephone triage, prior authorizations, and pharmacy benefit navigation. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills for patient interactions. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Clinical judgment sufficient to recognize deterioration, adverse reactions, and safety risk, and to escalate without delay. Composure and therapeutic presence with patients experiencing anxiety, agitation, dissociation, or acute distress. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to explain clinical information in plain language.
