Sullivan's Healthcare is a long-term care (LTC), closed-door pharmacy seeking a full-time team member for our Fulfillment Department. Who Should Apply Licensed Pharmacy Technicians Active Massachusetts Pharmacy Technician license required What You'll Do Trains, leads and serves as a resource to other Fulfillment Technicians. Supports pharmacy management by assisting in daily operational workflow and scheduling to ensure adequate staffing and resources are available to meet business needs. Rotate and work within assigned pharmacy workstations based on pharmacy needs, to safely and accurately fill resident prescriptions Collaborate with the Pharmacy Operations Manager & Pharmacy Technician Manager on the scheduling for Fulfillment Technician staff to ensure adequate coverage for workflow while minimizing overtime time as appropriate. Prioritize and assign workflow to each Fulfillment Technician. Monitor both productivity and accuracy. Communicate inventory needs to Purchasing/Inventory Technician to ensure adequate supply of medication available to complete all orders What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Dependability and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Experience in pharmacy or healthcare is a plus CPhT certification is a plus
