Canton, MA Responsibilities:

Assist department Supervisor in managing and covering shift responsibilities Delegating and managing work assignments Training and on-boarding oversight Cover Supervisor responsibilities in their absence Ability to communicate through levels of Leadership.

Qualifications:

Must be in current position for a minimum of 1 year Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical and statistical skills, and mindset, are required. Strong Microsoft Excel user. Self -starter - ability to work independently and relentlessly pursue improvements through CIP avenues. We are unable to sponsor employment visas now or in the future, and applicants must be authorized to work in the United States.
