Job Description
About the Role We're looking for an Onsite Supervisor to be the day-to-day point of contact between our staffing team and the client's warehouse operation. You'll manage a team of associates, keep production running smoothly, and make sure both our workers and the client are getting what they need. This is a hands-on leadership role — you'll be on the floor, not just in an office. What You'll Do Oversee daily attendance, scheduling, and shift coverage for temporary associates Serve as the first point of contact for associates' questions, concerns, and issues on the floor Monitor productivity and quality against client expectations; flag and address gaps quickly Handle onboarding, orientation, and safety briefings for new associates Track attendance, tardiness, and performance issues; coach associates and escalate or document as needed Communicate daily headcount, callouts, and staffing needs to the branch team Build a strong working relationship with client site management — be the face of the agency on-site Enforce safety protocols and report incidents immediately Identify associates who are strong performers for potential permanent placement or advancement Assist with recruiting support during ramp-ups (e.g., referrals, quick interviews) What We're Looking For 1-3+ years of experience supervising in a warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or light industrial environment Bi-lingual (Spanish/Enghlish) a Must Comfortable managing a fluctuating headcount and adjusting on the fly Strong communication skills — can talk to associates on the floor and client managers in the office with equal ease Organized, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal oversight Experience with staffing agencies or contingent workforce a plus, not required Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus depending on site population Able to stand/walk for extended periods and work in a warehouse environment Reliable transportation to the site
