Mansfield, MA This is a great opportunity for someone with strong leadership and forklift skills who can help coordinate daily warehouse operations, support a team, and ensure shipments are handled safely and accurately. Job Responsibilities Operate Reach Trucks, forklifts, clamp trucks, and other material-handling equipment Load, unload, move, stack, and stage products safely and efficiently Receive inbound shipments and transport materials to designated storage areas Pick, pull, and prepare orders for shipment Ensure inbound and outbound shipments are complete, accurate, and damage-free Inspect equipment daily and report maintenance or safety concerns Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Follow company safety procedures and OSHA standards Verify shipping and receiving paperwork for accuracy Help coordinate daily workflow and team assignments Communicate with drivers and warehouse team members to ensure on-time deliveries Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, and product location management Maintain productivity standards and complete required reports and documentation Open and close the facility as needed in the absence of management Qualifications Reach Truck experience is required Previous forklift experience required Previous warehouse lead or leadership experience preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic Ability to consistently work the overnight/3rd shift Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to lift, move, and handle materials in a warehouse environment Experience with warehouse inventory systems is a plus Work Environment Fast-paced warehouse and distribution facility Overnight/3rd shift schedule Team-oriented and safety-focused environment Frequent forklift and heavy equipment operation Physical warehouse work throughout the shift

Pay:

$21.50 - $22.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
