Job Description

Job Summary CommTank is seeking an experienced and highly organized Fleet Operations Coordinator to support the day-to-day operation, maintenance, compliance, and recordkeeping of our company vehicle fleet. This position coordinates vehicle maintenance, inspections and repairs; maintains fleet records and service histories; tracks fleet-related data; and communicates with employees and service providers to help keep our vehicles safe, compliant, and operational. Duties Coordinate and schedule vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs to ensure fleet safety and compliance Manage and update fleet records using the company software tools Maintain accurate vehicle documentation, including service records, inspection records, registrations, compliance documentation, and maintenance histories. Track and maintain fleet data including vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance history, repair activity, and related operating information. Monitor upcoming maintenance, inspection, registration, and compliance deadlines and proactively follow up to ensure required work is completed on time. Respond to fleet-related questions and requests from drivers, employees, vendors, and service providers, and help resolve day-to-day vehicle issues. Requirements 1+ years of experience in fleet operations, transportation, automotive service coordination, equipment management, logistics, or a related operational environment preferred Experience coordinating vehicle maintenance, repairs, inspections, registrations, or service appointments strongly preferred Experience maintaining vehicle/fleet records or working with fleet management software preferred Strong Microsoft Office and data-entry skills Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple vehicles, appointments, vendors, and deadlines simultaneously
Pay:
$24.00 - $26.00 per hour
