Job Description Kellermeyer Bergensons Services (KBS) seeks a Bilingual Warehouse Janitorial Site Supervisor to lead cleaning operations in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will oversee janitorial crews, coordinate schedules, and ensure high cleaning and safety standards across client facilities. Responsibilities include staff training, safety enforcement, quality inspections, and inventory of supplies and equipment. You will serve as a key bilingual communicator between frontline staff, clients, and KBS management, supporting a safety-first, team-oriented culture and helping maintain clean, safe, and efficient operations.
