Qualifications Leadership experience Ability to operate a forklift Computer literate Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word programs Excellent communication skills Basic math skills Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day warehouse operations and ensure smooth workflow Effective communication with team of warehouse staff, providing leadership and training Oversee preparation and verify accuracy of daily paperwork Monitor labor costs and efficiencies to improve profitability Maintain a safe and orderly work environment Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies Develop and implement effective warehouse processes for increased efficiency Collaborate with coworkers to improve overall supply chain performance.
