About This Position Schedule:
Monday - Friday $52,000/Annually The Commissary Operations Manager plans, directs and coordinates the activities associated with a warehouse and delivering product to canteens. You will manage a team of Warehouse Workers (when applicable) and Inmate Work Crews involved in receiving, staging, packing, and distributing Inmate Commissary products. This position is located onsite within a jail/correctional facility and you will work around inmates. You will report to the District Manager. Essential Functions/Main Responsibilities Develop positive connections with clients involves understanding their needs. This also includes addressing concerns, providing excellent service, and working to ensure their continued satisfaction with our products or services. The ultimate goal is to retain them as long-term customers. Ensure all team members are adequately trained and able to perform job responsibilities safely and compliant. Ensure you have the appropriate quantities of products on-hand for current needs. Manage Warehouse operation in compliance with internal procedures as required by local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Maintain a sanitary environment following food service and Health Department codes and regulations. Must have computer skills. Other responsibilities as determined by our needs. What You'll Need High school diploma or Equivalent, and you must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum one (1) year of management or supervisory experience in food, retail, or related environment. Previous warehouse management experience. Experience supervising the use and operation of a variety of warehouse equipment. Manage high volume, operations, service, and client relations. Experience with safety procedures as applied to warehouse operations. Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Qualifications:
High school diploma or Equivalent, and you must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum one (1) year of management or supervisory experience in food, retail, or related environment. Previous warehouse management experience. Experience supervising the use and operation of a variety of warehouse equipment. Manage high volume, operations, service, and client relations. Experience with safety procedures as applied to warehouse operations. Ability to stand for long periods. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
