Job Description
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Warehouse Operations Lead to oversee daily warehouse activities and support a productive, efficient work environment. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for coordinating workflow, supporting team members, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring shipping and receiving operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who enjoys leading by example, solving problems, and keeping warehouse operations organized and on track.
ResponsibilitiesLead and support daily warehouse operations, including shipping, receiving, and inventory activitiesCoordinate workflow and prioritize tasks to meet operational goalsTrain, mentor, and assist warehouse team members as neededMonitor inventory Ensure shipments are processed accurately and on scheduleUtilize computer systems and Excel to track inventory and operational dataMaintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environmentAssist with resolving operational issues and identifying process improvementsCommunicate with internal departments regarding inventory, orders, and shipment statusSupport management with reporting and other administrative tasks
