2nd Shift Order Administrator 4pm to 1am

Overview Join our dynamic team as a 2nd Shift Order Administrator and be a vital part of our fast-paced warehouse operation! As a key player on the evening shift, you will oversee order processing, coordinate shipping activities, and ensure that customer orders are fulfilled in the system accurately. Your proactive approach will help keep our warehouse running smoothly, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities Manage and process outgoing orders using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) NetSuite. Coordinate shipping activities, verifying shipments against pick tickets, delivery and routing information. Support the systemic order fulfillment processes including picking & packing, routing and distribution. Maintain a clean, organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols related to warehouse distribution operations. Experience Previous warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially in distribution or e-commerce environments. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), NetSuite or similar platforms will set you up for success. Ability to read, write and understand English is a requirement for this role. Knowledge of shipping & receiving procedures along with experience in order picking & packing will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Strong attention to detail combined with excellent organizational skills ensures accurate order processing and inventory control.
