First Team Staffing is looking for a Warehouse Lead/Trainer for one of our

WAREHOUSE

Schedules Available:

Monday thru Thursday (Fri OT when needed) / 5:00pm to 3:30am Looking for someone with the ability to train new employees and push production. Experience is secondary to attitude.

On-Site Lead Representative Job Duties:

• The lead candidate will manage contingent of onsite associates
• Onsite Leads will make sure associates are meeting productivity goals
• Will move associates into proper working departments
• Lead will verify associates are punching in appropriately and correcting any time clock issues
• Will report accurate number of associates in the building and distribute reports to department managers
• Review and maintain shift roster to ensure proper staffing levels are maintained on a daily basis
• Interact with client managers productivity, attendance and attitude of associates to maintain and dedicated and productive work force
• Will manage the core recruitment process from start to finish, including client services
• Will attend Personnel & Recruiting Team meetings
• Will provided personnel & recruiting updates to our management team regularly
