Complete Quality Support is seeking Manual Unloaders to provide contract-based warehouse support services. This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity ideal for a safety-conscious professional with experience in warehouse logistics. BONUS!!!!!! Must have perfect attendance, no safety issues, great performance, and great attitude. First 2 weeks days: $500 after 90 days $2500!!! First 2 weeks days: $600 and every 30 days until cap of $1800!!!

Paid by Production (Per Container) Approx. $700 -$1000 Weekly | Paid weekly via 1099 Responsibilities Load and unload shipments manually. (Furniture) Lift 90lbs plus Shrink wrapping Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to track inventory and manage materials handling. Qualifications MUST have 2 years of experience unloading. Previous experience in warehouse distribution or materials handling is preferred. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 90 pounds) consistently throughout the shift. Strong attention to detail with a focus on safety practices in accordance with OSHA guidelines. Experience as a warehouse supervisor or in a similar leadership role is advantageous but not required. A proactive attitude towards teamwork and collaboration within a fast-paced environment is essential Requirements Must have reliable transportation Bilingual (English and Spanish) Safety Vest (orange)
