Job Summary We're looking for someone organized, dependable, detail-oriented and comfortable with technology. This person should be equally comfortable working independently and taking ownership of their responsibilities, while also working closely and collaboratively with our Office Manager and the rest of our small team.

Strong computer skills, including Windows, Excel and email Comfortable learning new software and following established processes Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Clear, proactive communication by email, phone and in person Ability to recognize when something doesn't look right and communicate or resolve it Ability to work with minimal supervision Ability to receive, organize, pick, pack and move boxes of product as part of the normal workday Experience with Shopify, e-commerce, inventory management, order fulfillment or shipping systems is helpful, but not required. Responsibilities Manage and fulfill incoming e-commerce orders Accurately pick, pack and ship products by brand, style, color and size Manage order processing and UPS shipping Receive, count and organize incoming inventory Build and update Shopify product listings, including product information, imagery, pricing and variants Follow established processes while identifying issues or opportunities for improvement Communicate proactively about orders, inventory, challenges and priorities Assist with other office and operational projects as needed Powers-Pedersen is an independent sales agency representing leading brands in the outdoor, active and footwear industries, including Smartwool, Fjällräven, Lolë, Seirus, Bogs and others. Our team of 11 covers 13 states, working with retailers ranging from independent specialty stores to some of the largest sporting goods retailers in the country. get great products onto the people who sell and recommend them every day. Orders are managed and fulfilled directly from our Harbor Springs office.

Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
