Position Description and Purpose:

Key Essential Functions:

Running the day-to-day office task (making appointments, answering phones, etc.) Creating BOLs Assigning trucks to appropriate dock doors Instructing Hi-Lo Ops on their next priorities Checking truck drivers IDs Sealing trailers Creating switcher/shuttle moves Bulk Receiving- if at M2 or Mazda Completing yard/refer checks Verifying completion and accuracy of completed paperwork Customer Service Control the Flow of inbound/outbound trucks Any other clerical work that needs to be done Roskam Foods offers a competitive compensation package that includes medical, dental, and vision benefits, tuition reimbursement, life and disability insurance, and a 401 (k) plan with company match.
