A2 (Nights) Full time shifts: Sunday-Tuesday 6 pm - 6 am and half day Wednesday 6pm-12am
Primary Function:
The essential function of this position is to assist the Materials Supervisor regarding daily material requirements. The individual is responsible for a wide variety of duties including but not limited to this job description.

Primary Responsibilities:
Keep stock organized and readily accessible. Reconcile discrepancies in inventories and notify supervisor of irregularities. Perform physical counts of inventory, including weekly top-seal inventory. Operate vertical conveyor. Move inventory to various locations manually by operating pallet jack, hand cart and forklift. Load and off load trailers and delivery truck. Fill and ship orders, ensuring accuracy of shipments and supporting documentation. Ensure that boxes are stored on trailers or sent upstairs. Monitor packaging on the floor with the goal of keeping the warehouse floor clear. Pull and verify all materials required for packing samples (clam, boxes and bags, etc.).
Education/Background Requirements:
High School Graduate, Post- Secondary education preferred. At least two years' experience in a Materials department required. Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required Shipping, receiving and inventory experience an asset. Be respectful and deal tactfully with customers, other employees and vendors. Strong organizational skills and proficiency with
MS Office:
Word, Outlook and Excel. Must have ability to effectively follow-up and handle multiple projects with strong personal time-management. Proficiency in use of English language with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Willingness to work independently, with minimal supervision and take ownership of job. Willingness to work with a high degree of professionalism and personal integrity. Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Need to be creative, adaptable and able to accurately work with a sense of urgency. Maintain all company information confidential and protect proprietary information.
Working Conditions:
Work in a refrigerated warehouse. Use of company computer to input information. Use of company equipment.
