Job Description

Nesco Resource is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Warehouse Coordinator to support daily warehouse operations. This position is responsible for shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, inventory control, material handling, and maintaining accurate warehouse documentation while ensuring a safe, efficient, and organized work environment.

$19.00•21.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Position Type:
Contract-to-Hire Responsibilities Pick, pack, and fill customer orders accurately and efficiently. Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment. Operate a CNC panel saw to cut materials to required specifications (preferred experience). Load and unload delivery trucks safely. Receive, ship, and transfer materials using SAP or a similar warehouse management system. Process work orders, transfer orders, bills of lading, delivery notes, and other shipping documentation. Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and inventory organization. Inspect incoming and outgoing materials to ensure quality and accuracy. Follow all company safety policies and wear required PPE. Assist with minor equipment troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and general warehouse housekeeping. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. 3 years of warehouse, shipping, and receiving experience. Preferred experience operating a CNC panel saw. Forklift certification or previous forklift operating experience. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel. Proficient in SAP or a similar warehouse management system. Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management skills. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks. Physical Requirements Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical work throughout the shift. Ability to operate forklifts, pallet jacks, CNC panel saws, and other warehouse equipment. Ability to distinguish colors for material identification. Must be able to wear required PPE, including steel-toe boots, safety glasses, hearing protection, and respirators when required. Why Join Nesco Resource?
