Job Description

Essential Functions of Job:
Supervisory Capacity:
Direct Reports:
1-7 Record receiving and distribution of goods (production material) in warehouse. Evidence of goods flow within the plant. Monthly deadline of warehouse management. Cooperation concerning complaints solution. Cooperation by inventorying. Update of stock level for Material coordinators. Self-reliant work and cooperation with whole M/L department members. Follow YF iOS work instructions and other procedures concerning warehouse management. Active cooperation on cost and turnover plan fulfilment.
Additional Responsibilities:
Support Launch and Balance Out Activities. Maintaining the health of the warehouse and docks through 5S activities and maintaining equipment and docks including doors. Follow legal and other requirements concerning environment protection. Essential Common Requirements for all

Ability to multitask, interact politely and professionally with customers, suppliers and vendors, and work cooperatively with employees at all levels. Ability to maintain predictable and regular attendance, arrive to designated location on time, or be at assigned location ready to work for assignment (plant, corporate office, or remote).

Bachelor's Level Degree Area of Study:
Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or similar. Equivalent work experience may also be considered for this position.
Required Qualifications:
2-5 Years of Experience in materials / warehouse management with previous experience managing people. 1-3 Years of Experience within the automotive industry. Must be able and willing to travel and work at customer sites, including industrial manufacturing plants which might require climbing, lifting, or working in confined spaces.
Preferred Qualifications:
Detail Oriented. All duties assigned by your manager. Apply corrective actions for all non-conformances.

Often exposed to distracting sounds and noisy conditions. Personal protective equipment is required. Work is indoor in a manufacturing setting that may not be temperature controlled. Office Environment.
EHS Requirements:
People Leaders/Managers and above and EHS Professionals must be certified on EHS Management Systems (e.g.
EMS, OHSMS
) Designated EHS Critical Roles must be certified (such as Plant Manager, EHS Professional, Operations Manager, Equipment / Maintenance / Facility Manager, Logistics Manager, Team Leader / Supervisor, Others) Technicians/Operators of High Risk Equipment must be certified before operating (forklift, overhead crane, etc)
Quality Requirements:
People Leaders/Managers and above, Quality Professionals and Quality personnel (eg.
AME, ME, PE
etc.).
