Program Lead - Costco In-Warehouse Partnership Window Pro Wixom, MI Job Details Full-time $65,000 - $75,000 a year 21 hours ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance Employee discount Qualifications Program management Performance management Driver's License Attention to detail Recruiting Full Job Description Job Overview WindowPro is launching a brand-new division: an in-store partnership with Costco (a Costco SFI relationship) to sell our window replacement services directly to Costco members. We'll be staffing multiple Costco warehouses with a team of Brand Ambassadors, and everyone on this team — starting with its leader — will be a new hire. We're looking for a Program Lead to build and run this program from the ground up. This is the most important hire we will make for this launch. You will be the face of WindowPro to Costco, the architect of our Brand Ambassador team, and the person accountable for making sure the program runs compliantly, professionally, and profitably from day one. What You'll Do Own the Costco/Infinity by Marvin/WindowPro relationship — serve as the primary point of contact between WindowPro and Costco, managing day-to-day communication with Costco warehouse and Infinity by Marvin contacts Own compliance — ensure WindowPro consistently meets all Costco SFI program requirements, and keep all required paperwork, documentation, and reporting accurate, complete, and audit-ready Build the Brand Ambassador team — recruit, hire, train, and coach a new team of Brand Ambassadors, with the goal of staffing each warehouse 40 hours per week Create the playbook — since this is a new division, develop the training materials, scripts, and onboarding process that will set the standard for the program going forward Be in the field — travel regularly from our Wixom, MI headquarters to Costco warehouse locations to coach Brand Ambassadors in person, audit performance, and manage relationships with warehouse staff Manage performance — track key metrics (leads generated, appointments set, conversion, coverage/attendance) and address performance gaps quickly Manage staffing — own scheduling and coverage across all warehouse locations, including recruiting to fill gaps and handling turnover Report up — keep WindowPro leadership informed on program performance, risks, and opportunities Solve problems fast — act as the escalation point for any in-warehouse issues, resolving them professionally to protect the Costco relationship What We're Looking For Experience managing an in-store, roadshow, or vendor program for a big-box or membership retailer (Costco, Sam's Club, BJ's Wholesale, or similar) strongly preferred Background in home improvement, direct sales, or a related field is a plus Proven track record recruiting, hiring, training, and managing a distributed or field-based team Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a comfort level owning compliance and documentation requirements Strong communication and relationship-management skills — you will represent WindowPro directly to one of our most important retail partners Comfortable building something new: this role has no existing playbook, and you will be creating processes as the program launches Willing and able to travel regularly between our Wixom, MI headquarters and Costco warehouse locations Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.
