This role combines administrative and hands-on warehouse responsibilities, ensuring shipments are processed accurately, labeled correctly, and delivered on schedule. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with various retailers and carrier portals, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes ownership of keeping product moving efficiently through the warehouse. Key Responsibilities Enter and route outbound shipments through retailer and carrier portals, including Target/ShipIQ, Amazon Vendor Central, and other customer platforms as accounts expand. Act as the primary warehouse contact for assigned accounts, maintaining visibility into inbound inventory, outbound orders, and upcoming shipping activity. Ensure carton and product labeling requirements are met and completed ahead of shipping deadlines. Prepare, sticker, label, and stage shipments for delivery. Coordinate and assist temporary staff during larger labeling or fulfillment projects. Monitor shipment readiness and identify potential issues such as missing labels, product shortages, or timing concerns before they impact delivery schedules. Help prevent chargebacks, compliance issues, and missed shipping windows through proactive communication and planning. Maintain accurate records and support overall warehouse efficiency and organization. Qualifications Required Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn and navigate new systems and shipping portals. High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills. Reliable, self-motivated, and able to identify priorities without constant supervision. Ability to alternate between office/computer work and physical warehouse tasks throughout the day. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive labeling and lifting activities. Preferred Experience in warehouse operations, shipping/receiving, logistics, or order fulfillment. Familiarity with retailer and e-commerce vendor programs such as Target, Amazon, Walmart, or similar accounts. Experience with ASN (Advance Shipment Notice) processing. Knowledge of UCC-128, GS1, or other retail compliance labeling requirements. Experience coordinating fulfillment activities in a warehouse environment. #
