Job Description

Overview The Warehouse Coordinator will manage day-to-day warehouse logistics, blending physical operations with meticulous data management. This role requires an organized individual with sharp attention to detail who can effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders, managing shipping logistics, and ensuring high data accuracy within multiple inventory systems.
Responsibilities Inventory & Data Management:
Input and manage real-time stock data using Syspro / Business Central (BC) software, ensuring 100% accuracy in digital inventory records.
Documentation:
Maintain up-to-date, organized electronic and hard copy paperwork for all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Quality & Detail Control:
Check all incoming deliveries for damaged or missing items, cross-referencing with purchase orders, and directly contact suppliers to resolve discrepancies.
Task Prioritization:
Manage and prioritize daily picking, packing, and dispatch workflows to meet strict shipping deadlines.
Pre-Delivery Compliance:
Perform rigorous final pre-delivery inspections prior to dispatch to ensure order accuracy and quality.
Logistics Coordination:
Liaise directly with couriers to schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues.
Stock & Audit Support:
Play an active, detail-oriented role in routine stock takes and inventory audits.
Facility Organization:
Keep the warehouse area clean, systematically organized, and safe at all times, including the efficient removal of trash and recycling.
Team Collaboration:
Cross-train in all aspects of Warehouse Operations and work in strict accordance with the Company's Quality System, policies, and health and safety procedures.
PERSON SPECIFICATION SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Advanced Computer Skills:
High level of literacy in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and a strong aptitude for learning enterprise software.
Organizational Excellence:
Proven ability to manage large volumes of inventory and paperwork systematically.
Task Prioritization:
Strong time-management skills with a demonstrated ability to independently prioritize tasks and pivot focus in a dynamic environment. Attention to
Detail:
Sharp eye for spotting errors, discrepancies, or damages in fast-moving workflows.
Communication Skills:
Clear and professional written and oral communication skills for interacting with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Availability:
Ability to work 40 hours per week (Mon-Fri, 9:00 am-5:30 pm).
EXPERIENCE
Core Logistics:
Experience in receiving, inventory and quality control, shipping and scheduling (domestic and international) with small parcel and freight companies.
Warehouse Operations:
Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not essential.
Systems Experience:
Previous experience working with ERP Systems (Syspro, Business Central, or similar) is highly preferred.
Equipment:
Experience operating lifting equipment (on-site training will be provided).
