Competitive hourly rate + 2nd shift differential We're hiring a hands-on leader to keep our St. Paul warehouse running at peak performance. As a 2nd Shift Warehouse Working Supervisor, you'll lead by example—working alongside your team to meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, and ensure safety.

What You'll Do:

Supervise and work with team members on picking, packing, loading, and inventory tasks Assign work, monitor progress, and adjust priorities to meet shipping goals Train and coach staff on safety, equipment use, and best practices Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment Maintain accurate inventory and complete end of shift reports

What We're Looking For:

2+ years warehouse experience, 1+ year in a lead or supervisor role Forklift certification Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with occasional extended hours Strong leadership and communication skills
